Who are digital avalanche training courses suitable for?
Our courses are ideal for ski touring and freeride fans, regardless of how long it's been since your last avalanche course. Whether you are a beginner, returning skier, experienced tourer or teen: You can brush up on your knowledge and improve your decisions at any time.
What is the difference to avalanche transceiver courses on the mountain?
You practise real decision-making situations as often as you like without any time pressure, cold or group pressure. With realistic scenarios, direct feedback from mountain guides and gamification elements, you train your behavior before things get serious.
What course formats are available?
We offer three main areas:
Emergency training: practise procedures under stress and 10-minute rescues
Basic courses & prevention: practise tour decisions in various mountain situations
Teens special: free training for young people with a focus on personal responsibility and group dynamics
Why does e-learning even work for ski touring courses?
On the mountain, you either never find out whether your decision was right or wrong, or you find out with an avalanche. If you don't trigger an avalanche, you may be lulled into a false sense of security because you believe you have made the right decision. We can digitally eliminate these "heuristic" traps and errors in thinking so that you can react to the respective situation based on knowledge and facts.
Our training courses have been developed together with experienced mountain guides, game developers and e-learning professionals. You receive direct feedback on your decisions and learn how to apply your knowledge reliably in stressful situations.
