Your team before
and after the mountain
Because practice takes more than the one tour at the weekend
We build digital avalanche training courses that train real decisions, designed on the basis of the latest avalanche science, with clear learning objectives and assessed decisions. For responsible, safer behavior in open terrain and fewer avalanche accidents.

Our history
Personal fate meets e-learning professional
2009, Axamer Lizum: While skiing downhill, a 150-meter-wide snow slab comes loose. Simone is swept along 300 meters and completely buried, with only her hand sticking out. Her friends immediately locate her and dig her free. Uninjured, but with one question on her mind: do I really make the right decisions on the mountain when time pressure, weather and group dynamics are at play?
Theory helps, but routine only comes from practice! That's why we build digital training courses with real mountain guide feedback: making, justifying and correcting decisions. At any time, in a quiet environment. This allows you to practise making mistakes before something happens and head out onto the slopes with more calm, confidence and responsibility. For more fun on your next tour.

Activate knowledge, instead of testing
10 years of expertise in digital learning
Gustav combines a passion for the mountains with tried and tested instructional design, which he has spent years refining in his position as managing director of an e-learning agency. His training and course concepts activate rather than merely test knowledge. Participants make, justify and reflect on decisions. This creates real competence: asynchronously, at any time, with mountain guide feedback.
Our mountain guides
Certified by the Association of Austrian Mountain and Ski Guides
Our mountain guides evaluate your decisions so that you can practise in safety. Because in open terrain you will only learn the hard way if you make the wrong decisions, or weigh yourself up in a false sense of security because you were simply lucky that nothing happened.

- Role: Co-design of scenarios, expert feedback
on decisions - Philosophy: "Competence instead of chance - making the right decisions can be trained."
- Benefits for training: Clear, comprehensible reasons instead of mere "right/wrong" checks
Dominik Trimmel
State-certified ski & mountain guide
- Strengths: LVS methodology, routine setup
- Role: Develops short exercise sequences for continuous refresher training
- Statement: "After basic training in avalanche transceiver search, regular further training is often lacking. This is exactly where we come in."
- Benefits for training: Regular small units so that movements and decisions can be recalled
Erich Wieland
State-certified ski & mountain guide
- Strengths: Decision-making under pressure,
emergency-flow, mental models - Role: Emergency scenarios, structured debriefings
- Statement: "Keep a cool head - only those who are prepared can function in emergency situations. Preparation without much effort, at any time, anywhere - ideal for bridging the summer break."
- Benefits for training: Repeatable short modules that strengthen stress resistance and confidence in action
