How can I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your schneeWISE account or by writing to office@schneewise.com. You will still have access to the courses after canceling as long as your subscription is valid.
What is included in the subscription?
All current courses, 14 days early access to new training courses, live sessions with mountain guides, "Insights from the snow", micro-learnings/quick wins and community access.
Is the subscription really cheaper?
Yes, a subscription gives you everything together at a significantly lower price than buying it individually (including live sessions).
How long do I have access to content?
You have full access as long as your subscription is active - including updates and new courses during the subscription period.
For whom is the subscription worthwhile?
For beginners (build up routine), experienced (practice & evaluate specifically), vacationers (refresh). The Teens program remains free of charge - no subscription required.
